Although Parasite Eve was a very short game in comparison to other Square-soft games, it had an excellent story that fit the horror genre perfectly. The game kept me on the edge of my seat to the very end, and some of the scenes of the game are kept in memory to this day. I do write this after having played it nearly a decade ago, but the premise of the game, the concept, that something within our own bodies could become so adamant on our departure still sticks with me to this day. If you are looking for the typical Square-soft time sinks, this isn't it, but if you are looking for the legendary story telling of Xenogears, Chronotrigger and many of the Final Fantasy series, this will not disappoint. The only disappointment is that it ends so quickly.
