I thoroughly enjoyed the book, SPARE. It was enlightening historically, but moreover I learned so much about trust and cooperation that was lacking in the royal family. Harry, as you can feel in the book, is a lot like his mother. He has deep feelings and thoughts; thoroughly enjoying life with his children and his wife. Diana wasn't given that opportunity at all with Charles cheating on her from day one. Harry's sensitivity and gentleness are seen as "appalling" by his father and brother. William, in my opinion, is a snake. Charles, he is no better. I feel the Crown has played its part in insuring the destruction of Harry with their lack of any regard with the press. We all know the press is shameful; however when faced with this much criticism on a daily, heck moment -to-moment basis, it is not surprising their level of fear, distrust, and unhappiness. From the moment of Diana's death, Harry's life changed. William, as the heir, is arrogant, pompous, and as far as I can tell, Kate is a match. Charles has no room to criticize anyone with the way he handled his marriage and Camilla. I enjoyed the historical information, the description of Botswana, and the comfort that Harry finds in Megan and his children. Enjoy life, Harry - you've earned it!
