When my neighbor passed, I offered to help to her son in any way that I could. He was extremely saddened and grieving deeply for the loss of his mother. My offer to help was met with the comment, "Mom made it really easy for us. She had filled out 'Death & Dying, A Good Exit Plan.' Everything we need is in that booklet." -Feedback shared by the author
