It's an awesome show. It's not super accurate in terms of Tolkien lore but I think it does a great job in honoring it nevertheless. Where it departs from it, I can clearly see the reason within the show's plot. (Mild spoiler alert) The inclusion of Hobbits is not accurate for instance, but it is done really well and makes for an awesome plot that ties into Gandalf's origins. Visuals and production value are amazing, acting is really high level (except maybe for Galadriel). Overall, it is the most fun I've had watching a show since the early days of GOT.
