Kait Nelson

I was really disappointed in this one, and I hate to even write that statement. I'm a huge fan of both the Throne and the Court series, but I felt like this one lacks the depth the first books in the other two series had. I struggled to connect with any of the characters. Maybe it's because I've read the other books so many times... but it feels like these characters are combinations of the characters in the other books and lack their own identities. I'll try the next one and hope the series improves. Just want to throw out there that if you're looking for a Throne of Glass or a Court experience, this isn't it.
