Devon Hofer

This FF game was fantastic. I was very concerned it would end up like FF15, but they nailed it. The cinematic cut scenes push the PS5 to its absolute limit and look fantastic. They have modernized the combat in a way that is truly fun to play, combat flow is smooth and easy to pick up. If you just want to enjoy the story they have items/difficulty options that are basically an auto win button so can do that. Or you can get much more into build crafting and pump the difficulty up. I almost passed this one up because Diablo 4 came out around the same time, I’m very glad I picked this up. It’s the game of the year at this point in the year.
