I have watched this because people are claiming that it is like another "Stranger Things". To make it perfectly clear: It isn't! "Stranger Things" is offering us unique, fun characters getting caught up in unexpected events. On the other hand, "Typewriter" basically plugged ideas from multiple movies and almost every episode there is this "I have seen this before" feeling. As such, it lacks a great story line and it's characters aren't very enticing either. Overall, this is an average horror story without any highlights and it is doubtful that a second season would be able to improve this impression or add anything relevant to the existing story. I would recommend watching "Dark", "The Frozen Dead", "The Forest" or the just released "Another Life" instead.
