I bought this book after I was diagnosed with MS in 2004. It was my first diet changing guide. Although I didn't follow through 100%, I've made important changes in my eating habits. Later on I finally could quit sugar and became vegan. Hasn't had any relapse since and hasn't taken any medication for a long time. I learned how to cook healthy and delicious. I keep studying nutrition but my first light at the end of that tunnel was Donna Gates.
