@Jax Dagger correct! I didn't know this back story, but everything you spoke about felt and seems correct according the underwhelming & lackluster matrix film I just painfully sat through. From a fan, I was left speechless and wondering if I was watching the behind the scenes cut without...well anything. Felt like it was still in production and needed another 6 months... just a sad blunder. Without the franchise name behind this film... it would have never left the cut table and felt like a low budget indie film, and a bad one at that.
