I loved this film. Even though, at times, it seemed slow and I wasn't sold on Queen's performance from the jump. I also went in with no expectations other than a Black love story spin on the classic Bonnie and Clyde. Yes, there were stereotypes, but the opposite also appeared. It's all a matter of what you focus on. And the ending was almost the best part. Beautiful and tender. Because, c'mon now, they had to die. Have you seen Bonnie and Clyde?
