I went in really wanting to like this movie. There were good ideas but very poorly executed. Hated that they changed Ariel killing Ursula instead of Eric 🙄🙄🙄 if you’re going to remake the classic, keep the story classic. She didn’t need to do that to show power, it’s the only way their relationship was balanced because now he’s done nothing to really show his love. Hate this woke nonsense ruining such great stories for easy society manipulation. Happy with casting, just missed the magic mark.
