I wanted it to be good but it was dull, terrible dialogue and story was lacking explanation and continuity. CGI of sharks and baboons was lacking credibility. Felt like less dramatic scenes from Hunger Games. Great actors given poor quality to work with

The French antagonist had a terribly unrealistic French accent (and given the Matrix had a French-accented bad guy…why choose French anyway??) The fight scenes where Keanu R was doing jujitsu moves were often clunky and again unrealistic. And the story was really linear with no plot twists. I much preferred the earlier iterations. Sorry Keanu…loved you in The Matrix and earlier John Wicks movies but not this time :-(
