Please DON’T ever sign up anything for GPlan they made from hell. I made a huge mistake and I think that is the biggest mistake I made in my life. They false advertising and marketing . I stole money from people that trying to lose weight and be healthy. I rather be workout and pay that hard work price than GPlan. They schedule me for video assessments with the online Dr but not there. I waited for almost 40 minutes and nothing . The took my money $495, $229 which I don’t what for. $1.00, $12.99 . I finally talked to customer service and clearly told him that I want to canceled my subscription. He refunded $395 and I said fine let’s move on. The very next day my account was charge $59 I didn’t not authorized. This is beyond frustrating. I have to put star to be able to post this. They didn’t deserve any star by the way.
