Kajol did a great job as expecter. The story is a bollywood version of The Good Wife. May be bit too much bollywood.

Movie is made like a comicbook adaptation. But it is a dissappointment if watched as a depiction of the great epic Ramayan. The dialogues are in a language even we dont use in our households, very cheap. Watched the interview of the guy who wrote the dialogues. He should just zip it and not criticise audience.
Bottom line is that the movie lacks the essential spirit of Ramayan. Read in the news that 5 billion INR was spent in making this movie. Not sure how that was spent.

I am giving 4 stars mainly for the entertainment value. And Aparna in Season 2 is very funny with her unfiltered talk. As for the show this is sad to see the holliowness of at least some of the characters. May be the why they are in this show. I never watch any such shows but watched this for.some reason.
Btw, the dentist and heart specialist in Season2 are the most authentic and hope it worked out for them.
