I don’t know HOW this movie doesn’t win best picture, director etc. I knew nothing about this particular movie albeit familiar with the subject. I actually turned it on late in the evening to fall asleep to (Knowing I would get sleepy from reading) I ended up being captivated from the very beginning! From the opening scenes I felt transported back into the 70’s and not in a cheesy way. Since I wasn’t familiar with the film I thought maybe this is an older film I haven’t seen regarding the accident. Then came the crash scene in which afterwards I had to hit pause so I could say out loud “What A Scene! So graphic but yet non-gratuitous. There were a couple more times I had to pause to take a break from the intensity. Refill:) When it was over I went into a deep dive on everything production, just so,so impressed!
