Say what you will about Snider and his Justice League but he had a very strong vision. Most complaints come down to studio intervention. This 4+ hours is what we would have gotten if he had been enabled to tell his story and execute his vision. Sadly, it too is watered down slightly by WB intervention (eg no John Stuart Green Lantern) and is only the first 1/2 of the story. To me as a lifelong DC fan I don’t agree with every little thing but I think this is the best representation of these characters we’ve ever seen on film.
