The team was very nice and professional until it came to replacing demolished items during our move. They completely ruined our $2500 refrigerator. It will no longer turn on, and they also lost parts to it when they took it apart. They refuse to pay for a new fridge for us. They said they will give us $200. They also wanted us to provide proof of weight. How am I supposed to do that?! This was straight up negligence on the movers part. If they don’t rectify this situation we will just have to go to court to get the money we are owed due to negligence.
