Lon Passoff

They took too long getting to the meat. It felt cliché at best. We want superheroes. We don’t want old farts chasing something that has already been done. It fell semi-flat. Where it goes from here…Who knows? My guess is this hurt the franchise!

I thought it was ok. It could have been a blockbuster with just a little more effort placed on the disaster, and less time used building the characters. Not that character building is not important. They just took it a little too far in my opinion. A disaster film should stick more to the actual event. Anyway, it’s worth watching but not a wow like the trailer made it out to be.
