The Chosen brings to life the people we read about in the Bible. They have good sides and bad. They struggle with many of the things we struggle with. it gives me the reality that the Apostles were once living people and the Chosen gives faces to names we grew up with. It takes passages from the Bible and gives them life i.e. the Loaves and Fishes. Dallas Jenkins actually brings 5000 fans and believers to a hill side to hear Jesus preach. No computer tricks to this epic. For the first time I really see Jesus as a real person. That is a huge accomplishment. Please watch it and give it a chance.
