This film is literally laugh-out-loud funny, but is undone by its ending full of too many twists that leaves you scratching your head. Still laughed til the end, but then was left with a "what was all that for, then?" feeling. If it remained focused on an unconventional, irreverent subversion of the rom-com genre through the odd-couple pair of "co-husbands", then maybe it could have been a brilliant comedy that could say a lot about modern family dynamics.
