I used to be a great fan, but since we were notified that it’s ending in December 2024, the writing quality seems to have reduced, in that there are some ridiculous stories; notably, the strange dinner party hosted by Zara.
It’s not helpful that Dido Miles hasn’t been in it for months! And whilst we’re on it, when did her house (forgotten her character’s name - Emma?) change from a very old traditional house, into an ultra-modern house with all the kitchen units white? Her other kitchen comprised free-standing wooden pieces! For continuity, perhaps there should have been an episode where we knew she was moving house.
I love the Kirsty and Scarlett characters and hope that both these actresses will be snapped up for other roles.

Absolutely brilliant! I am in favour of assisted dying. I am a fit 75 year old who still works, but would welcome assisted dying if it became an appropriate solution at the end!
The cast is excellent; all of them, and good to see Clarke Peters in it; not seen him in anything for a long time.
Looking forward to the rest of it, and I hope that this opens up sensible discussion on the topic.
