Really loved this movie. Heartbreaking yet beautiful storytelling of the systematic killing of Osage in the 1920s. The film really takes its time and allows the viewer to become immersed in a setting from 100 years ago. Lily Gladstone had a performance that will really put her on the map and I can't wait to see the awards and future film opportunities she gets from this, I'll definitely be seeing anything she stars in going forward. Leo and De Niro also give a masterful performance and feed off of each other in such an entertaining and interesting way. The authentic use of Osage language, customs, and clothing was really my favorite part of the film. The final scene left tears in my eyes as it went without saying that the Osage feel and remember these events and generational trauma even 100 years later.
