I’m no road scholar or expert film reviewer, and I’m not normally a fan of soppy love stories, however being married for almost 50 years this love story touched my heart. The acting is superb, the connection between Jamie and Claire is something else. The more astute reviewers are always quick to point out the shortcomings, however one has to take these stories for what they are, entertaining, heart wrenching, exciting, shocking, full of love, sacrifice and probably a few other things. It’s like a great book that you can’t put down. We loved it💕💕
