I did the DKA 21-Day Bone Broth diet. I stuck to the plan exactly because I wanted to give it 100% of my effort to see if it would help. I lost 17 lbs. I continued the 80/20 plan with bone broth, it's a good way to eat. I'm active and continue to use DKA's bone broth most of the time but do slip up like most of us do. I like all the dry packet flavors, my favorite is the French Onion, which I receive as a subscription. I want it on-hand to help get back on track, plus it's just a great afternoon boost when I need something rather than junk.
