After 2018's Evil Spirits the Damned arrive with this somewhat of a surprise follow up (a welcome surprise too) While Evil Spirits was an enjoyable album, Darkadelic turns things up a notch and the 12 songs here are immediately more memorable and intoxicating, a varied atmospheric record and shows the Damned have plenty of life left in them. Hearing the whole album live was a treat. Everything here stands out because the whole bloody album is just fantastic, the guys should be very proud of this effort, a fantastic and varied late era Damned album that can comfortably sit alongside, Strawberries, The Black Album, Phantasmagoria, MGE, ..Brilliant, a must own
