Unique entertainment and offers a glimpse of life at the start of European occupation of North America. I have followed the show since its beginning but several questions come to mind that may have been addressed but I do not recall them being included in any episodes.
1. The native people of the area, the Mi'kmag, must have noticed what was happening on the island, has their oral history ever been investigated?
2. During the early 1600's there were very few organizations present that survive today. The Hudson Bay Company was getting started but since their operations I believe were largely further west it may not have any useful information. The one presence that 'may' have something is the Catholic church their connections and information were second to none. It may be interesting to ask? Could they say no to a couple of Italian boys?
Best of luck this season and regardless of the ending the treasure has been the experience, thanks for sharing it with us.
