This book is amazing! I read the book cover to cover twice, did almost everything Daniel suggested and in less than one month since starting our Airbnb we are booked! From now (March) through August our calendar is nearly full... with only one weekend open. At his suggestion we use Hostfully for our digital guidebook and Smartbnb to our automate our emails and cleaning service notification. I highly suggest this book to anyone starting in the Airbnb world or anyone who isn't fully booked with their vacation rental.
