Muniratnam Oruganti

I have just seen this movie with my close associates. All three have been involuntarily emotionalised and cried on two to three occasions. The climax is very appealing and shows the maturity of the director. It’s a wonderful script and direction by Venu. Many of the new generation wouldn’t know the meaning of BALAGAM. The picture is a renaissance of tradition. Of course it shouldn’t lead the ultramodern society into superstition. Overall I rate the movie at 9 out out of 10.

Nicely designed serial. But one major question is how a servant maid can implant a chip in the body of hero’s mother?? to control her life and death and unbelievably blackmail Subhadra, a good doctor herself. Subhadra will not share this black mail to any one why?? She can do it in secret!! to his husband or super hero, her brother. This type of minor flaws weakens the story and kills interest. A servant maid guising like a patron of a rich family looks ridiculous.

The serial is good. But the the characters like power prasad and his wife are unbelievably notorious and damn boring. We are not able to see them on screen. They present every where and any time which is unrealistic. Please cut them short. Secondly DCP, this character time and again is said that it’s very efficient but in real sense resembles a buffoon. Abhi’s character is over reactive. The above flaws make your directing standards normal other wise appealing.
