At 56 menopause had been crippling me for the last 4 years until I read this book. I had all the menopause symptoms and then some! I am now 3 months into eating more and doing the weights programme as instructed by Amanda.
It hasn't been hard at all. There's no dieting involved. No restricting what you can eat. I'm never hungry and I'm getting stronger with the weights workouts. I have more energy and my anxiety has reduced remarkably.
I'm even starting to enjoy all aspects of life and appreciate getting older. I can't recommend her book enough!
