Used to be a great game, but now its all about what mythic + gear you have. If you don't have the best gear you will get destroyed in pvp and no one will let you do mythic + with them. Basically end game content for your casual gamer is to get transmogs to make your armor look cool. If you want to experience WoW then play WoW Classic. At least in classic u don't need insane gear to be successful at the game if you're good.
