Star wars as a universe almost always has the same plot good guy vs bad guy and good guy wins. And honestly its a tired narrative. The acolyte finally subverts that plot. It may not be a cinematic masterpiece but its an enjoyable show! Watch it with an open mind and its a good time.

This movie tricked me I thought it was going to be a silly movie about children's toy with a few jokes about womanhood. Instead I was sucker punched with hard hitting emotions on what it means to be imperfect and human. Sure it was silly and had tons of jokes that had me absolutely rolling but this movie is so much more than what it appears I highly recommend.
