The show was highly enjoyable. For those individuals giving it a bad review because they don’t understand how nostalgia works, I recommend them watching the original hobbit and Lord of the rings animated films to quench their hunger for middle earth media.

This game must have went through development hell because it came out a decade late. This game is a perfect PS3 / Xbox 360 game. Sadly, the gameplay and combat are outdated feeling. Combat is weird, it’s fun to run around shooting and slicing but tiring slowly chipping away enemy’s health Pokémon style. World mechanics are poorly set, wind / sky moves unsightly quickly. Enemy’s and some creatures, and textures look sloppy and unloved. Over all the cute gun wielding animals is clearly the high point here. Idea is fun but game is lame. 😭 Give it a try, it’s ok.
