Steven Universe is a show that started out good but soon fell down the drain. There's racism, sympathizing with Nazis, abuse victims becoming abusers, slaves falling in love with their owners, and more. People think this show is good, but the writing is lazy because Rebecca Sugar keeps introducing ideas but never does anything with them. The hiatuses are so numerous that by the time of the last season, it felt so rushed and like a waste of time. People say this show tackles deep themes. No, it doesn't, because if this were true, Lapis wouldn't have been written the way she was, and the diamonds wouldn't have been redeemed despite having the same ideals that made Hitler so hateful.
