I wish I could give a ZERO. Stay away ANYONE and EVERYONE. We have been calling for a month and nobody takes our call, calls back nor do they reply to your emails or social media messages. We have several thousand dollars STUCK with Luxury Escapes for over 12 months. This has to be one of the worst organisations I have ever come across. STAY AWAY and choose to create your dream holiday elsewhere, otherwise, it will a nightmare like ours.
