I was expecting for the pretties to be more otherworldly and surreal but they just ended up looking like a tiktok filter. The humour also seemed out of place and just ended up being kind of cringe. Still a good movie though if you want to watch something similar to divergent and hunger games (where the protagonist begins to realise that the ideal world isn’t as perfect as they thought it was), however, I can’t guarantee it’s on the same level. Looking forward to the second movie!
