This is great little show, however, there could be a few enhancements to make it a show viewers would not feel frustrated with, some have even stopped watching because of the game playing contestants who really spoil the show with their blatant manipulation of payments. The funny thing is every game player denies what they are doing. Viewers should never see these kind of people win.
Possible Enhancements:
Scoring needs to be more consistent across teams. If you mark someone down a point it should be quantified on the feedback sheet. 1 point down for each fault found.
No competitor should be marked down for the format they run. E.g. if they run a check in with no person to person greet then that as just their business format not a reason to mark them down. Like wise for Glamping with no cooked breakfast. Etc. Base it on faults not formats.
To control contestants manipulating payments there could be a maximum amount that can be deducted like 10%. This could also be applied to those who manipulate by over paying. Maximum could be 5%.
With regards to the scoring the actual scores out of 10 need to play a bigger part on who wins the plaque. Imagine you receive 10/10 for most categories and then someone gives you a really low totally unjustified deduction in their payment.
The makers of the show should enhance it and make their award a true representation of a great market standard. Having a plaque should mean quality, value for money and great customer experience.
We currently still watch, however, like a lot of friends, colleagues and family who have stopped, due to the game players, we are close to not watching.
