The writing for this show is overly corny and melodramatic. Moreover many situations seem forced and unrealistic. Too much talking during rescue scenes. For example, there is a small car teetering on the edge of a bridge and the crew argues for what seems like an eternity about how they will attempt the rescue without their fire truck that is stuck in traffic. There was like twenty burly firefighters standing around. There was enough of them to pick up the car by hand and walk it off the bridge. At this point I’m yelling at the tv and my wife has to come in and check on me. I couldn’t watch anymore and stopped to write this review.
