I was waiting for this book take off and I finished it waiting for it to take off. The toxic behaviour and repetitive storyline was so incredibly unnecessary - this could have been a novel a third of the size. The ending- no spoilers- barely made sense and was anticlimactic. So many superfluous characters and, as other reviews mentioned, the constant designer information that genuinely added nothing to the story. Give me back my hours reading this drivel.
