It only gives a superficial understanding of multiple ailments. I would say it’s a good read for medical students or interns, but not for higher learners. No in depth about workouts or differentials, no citation of recent literature, only provides brief concepts. For instance, the Hyponatremia chapter doesn’t discuss approach to various causes of Hyponatremia and how one should triage/care for those patients or what is considered ICU level of Hyponatremia. Large book jammed with every disease someone could think of but chapters are like 2 pgs. Merinos or specific ICU books dedicated to special u it’s are a better bet for in depth learning.
