The studio, probably. I wish I didn't spend money on this. I saw the 2013 one opening day and it was by far the best horror movie theater experience I've ever had. I figured only another Evil Dead could top or come close to that... I was wrong.

As an avid horror movie lover who went into this hoping for not only a second helping of the 2006 remake, but also hoping it was going to be good: This movie took the message over the point. I severely struggled to finish this movie and was ecstatic when it finally finished.

Oh man. I REALLY wanted to like this, I am such a huge Tolkien fan but they bought into gold and turned it to dirt on this one.
