I've known/read these ideas for awhile now. I'm so grateful these things are in a book to validate my findings! I can share this with people with more confidence and not be dismissed as a conspiracy nut, as happens because of the indoctrination of the medical model and its 'one size fits all' protocol. Thank you for this book! It helps grately to understand how our bodies work...
