It's not the worse f2p online game but its far from the best. Sadly there aren't many new decent Mech games out there. MWO has potential but that potential is often unfounded. The Faction Warfare could have been amazing but is underdeveloped. The devs often seem to go one step forward and two steps back. An example could have been knockdown for light mechs which stopped some lights from being overpowered, if a light ran into a heavy mech it would get knocked down although not perfect and needing work that feature was removed and not replaced. The game is f2p so feel free to give it a shot but dont expect much from MWO
