I was unable to finish watching this movie despite it being so bad its funny. I gave up once Buffalo Bill showed up and said, "Hiiiiiii Tommmmyyyy." The mother is the most depressed human that has ever lived, and all because her record was broken. She met Santa Claus! She should of been overjoyed!! The next door neighbor is Soooo creepy that I'm going to be haunted by him for life! Not since watching the original IT as a child have I been freaked out by a character! Talking to inanimate objects and stalking his neighbor seems to be his only goal in life. Yes its low budget, but that doesn't excuse it from being poorly acted, edited, and being bad.
