I purchased this game for my daughter, with the intention of subscribing to Just Dance Unlimited, in order to get more songs. The initial game comes with only 40. (For $50, you should get more than 40 songs IMO.) I set up the subscription under my own name in the game, as I'm the adult, but the problem with that was that then she couldn't use Unlimited under her own user profile. The game wouldn't allow me to sign in with my info under her name, and instead wanted me to set up a Ubisoft account for my eight year old, complete with email address. My eight year old doesn't have an email address, nor do I want her to have an account with Ubisoft. She's eight. I contacted Ubisoft support and it was a painful experience. I had to jump through hoops just to get a chat rep, and once the chat rep was with me, we had to communicate through a translator (which sometimes translated but also sometimes didn't) as the rep was typing in Portuguese and I in English. Once I realized that the language barrier was going to be a problem, I asked for a customer service phone number, and was told they don't have one. It's dealing with the Portuguese translator or nothing. Much was lost in translation (or no translation, as the software was spotty), and it took forty minutes to get an answer to a very simple question. The end result was that not only does my eight year old need her own email address, her own Ubisoft account, but she (and every other member of the family) will also need their OWN INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS to Unlimited. I will not be spending another dime with this company. The game is fun but there must be better options out there. OH, and no options for left-handed people!! Fully sticking it to 10% of kids. Nice job, Ubisoft.
