Well, that was weird. I'm not the person to analyze it, just watch and react.

Good popcorn fare. Kind of a graphic soap opera. The tie in w Poe stories was clever but you could see what was coming, maybe not how, but nonetheless. I think if more of the monologs had been before the action it would have been better for me. Knowing the outcomes and pretty much guessing why. I didn't need all the blah blah blah justification or clarification.

I really wanted to like this more. Visually it was stunning. The The expansiveness was ambitious . But I had a problem with the tone. It sometimes changed from, Is this a comic book version, or is this meant to be taken seriously? Is it a satire? what are you trying to tell me.. The feel was very uneven especially the scenes w the US Army being portrayed so over the top. I always felt that impactful science fiction is more cerebral than muscular.

Just fun. I wasn't familiar w the lead actor but found him very appealing to watch. Just let go of all your arguments for correctness and enjoy the ride.

I started bingeing this because of Renner. He has always delivered and this is no different. Two drawbacks for me, one not enough Chandler and secondly I feel the story and tension would flow better if I didn't have to view so many scenes of the landscape. I got the vibe and just really want the story. Especially since most of the action takes place in the same locations. Overall the story and characters make up for that but it would be tighter. Also, has Dianne Wiest been typecast as the mother of lost boys? She's a talented actor that could use more to do. It's certainly worth watching even as is.

Nothing about this program is worth using the 'Justified' title. The bad guy is a punk without any charm or interest. The daughter is annoying and hasn't added anything to the story for me. Raylen makes me sad. A shell of his former self except for the anger. All the excellent writing and characters I was expecting are apparently not in Detroit.
