Kind of slow at the start but my love for Orlando Bloom kept me watching. Really didn't see where they were going with the plot until episode 4. Definitely scratched my fantasy itch with a touch of steampunk-noire in the setting. Love it. Binge watched it twice.

Rabid TDS basically ruined the writing and the message after Season 3. Too bad.

yeah I just watched it on netflix. Friend gave me a lend his pw so I could watch Fargo. Love that movie. But I guess I'll see what happens at the indictment

Its good. Dark humor. Brings social issues to light. Its like the Modern Family Sitcom's evil twin. Ignore all the negative reviews. I challenge you to not like it after the first 2 episodes.

Generic looking "hi def" units. Objectively you could argue the quality of the units and buildings look better but it's completely lost touch with what made it so iconic. I hate you Activision.

Read the comic and when I saw the commercials I was afraid they had turned it into some jovial feel-good nonsense like they did when they ruined I Am Legend or The Gentleman. Luckily it stuck close to the source material with some minor character differences like in V for Vendetta or Game of Thrones (seasons 1-4). They kept it dark and even threw in some plot curve balls. The ad campaign does not do it justice. A must watch especially if you're tired of Disney's Marvel tropes.
