At first, I was disappointed that the show was its own standalone show and not a more in depth version of the film, but the more we get to know these characters, the harder it is not to love them. ESPECIALLY Max, the Black female character who isn't allowed to play on the team. That story is so fresh and exciting to watch and Chante Adams is a great actress! I would honestly watch a spinoff of just her character.
