The traffic investigation officer, said, in effect, that the motor cycle slowed suddenly and the driver of the car was slow to react. Why did an officer, responding at the scene, decide a charge of GBH? It appeared that not one police officer did not emotionally support the victim of the attempted burglary. The programme was enough to further reduce confidence in the CPS and our police force.
