I have never written a movie review though i was moved by lot of movies in past but with 96' i simply couldn't resist myself.The movie is a poetry in itself which beautifully portraid the picture of love , simplicity of life, human behaviour in its true form.There was always some uneasiness among charaters of movie in every scene( mainly Ram and janiki) which truly gives justice to their characters and nature of story.The director builted depth in their characters through music, lighting, camera work. The movie in my opinion can be compared and stand with works of wong kar wai in "in the mood for love" and "Casablanca" .
