Perhaps I should give this series more of a chance, but I must convey my deep, deep disappointment after watching the first two episodes. I grew up reading the SF classics by Asimov, Heinlein, AC Clarke, etc. I have to say this has little or nothing to do with Asimov's marvelous work. You should be ashamed that you pulled a bait and switch by using the title. The Wikipedia site describes the series as being "loosely based upon Asimov's work". I would say rather that it is based solely on the character and planet names, and the barest outline of the original plot. I will give the production designer, art director and cast kudos. But that you dared call this Foundation, as though this had anything to do with Asimov's books, just makes me fume at your effrontery.
